We have a flourescent (sp?) light panel in our kitchen. Maybe 12-15 yrs old. 4 lights. 2 of them burned out so we put in 2 new ones yesterday and they didn't light. Is it likely the whole fixture is gone and we need to replace it? In the basement we have bare flour. lights and they have fuses but those fixtures are 40-50 yrs old.
