I took down the striped wallpaper in my bathroom; the seams were always soooo noticeable on the striped pattern. I painted stripes on. Every 8 inches I painted a wide stripe off white color and after it dried I taped 2" wide masking tape over that and painted the walls a darker shade of tan. small bathroom so easy. my darker shade has more yellow in it then I thought but we will live with it for a while.
