SOLVED: Is this Reine Victoria?

Panama, NY(Zone 5a)

This is one of my few rebloomers. It needs a pillar or a fence to keep it off the ground. The roses are quite cupped and lightly fragrant.

It certainly looks like La Reine Victoria - is it quite a slender bush (probably is since you need to prop it up) and are the leaves a soft green colour? It doesn't have much of a scent and is perpetual flowering. It dates back to 1872.

Yes, i really think this is her! Large thorns that start off red, I believe, but not so many as most of the others. Want me to start you a cutting?

Toadsuck, TX(Zone 7a)

Oh Kathleen, what a beauty! If Louisa doesn't want a cutting, I'll take it.
