I need to ground my home's electrical! When the cheap unqualified plumber replaced my galvanized plumbing with all copper, he disconnected the copper ground wire that is now just dangling from the fuse box in the kitchen. Also, there is a stiff round grey wire dangling from the phone box on the outside of the house. I know these need to touch metal, but I need some specifics! Please don't judge. I just want to know if the coppper wire can just be attatched to my new copper plumbing? Or is that a no no. Also, what to do about the phone wire. There once was a galvanized pipe sticking out of the ground in the vicinity of both these wires. I am a confirmed do it yourselfer...please advise. I posted a photo of the copper wire dangling, on my site, if you care to look. Thanks to any and all with friendly help. Fairiedyll
