| OK I have been slack, time to get my diary going, CONGRATULATIONS drdon, and all who supported this, it is a really GREAT opportunity to put our gardens in a well thought out order. This can be good for ourselves, make us think and develop our gardens more wisely, and interraction with others can be a great help!
(Just got to finish buying all my new seasons seeds, what a long job that is.)
Hey, I am EVEN taking pics of some of my new seed, it is FUN.
Keep up the good work folks!

| This is AWESOME!!!! :)
I just got on DG tonight to update some of my garden journal and I am amazed at the changes! Wow, DG is an exhaustive online Home & Garden resource now! There's no stone left unturned!
Needless to say, my little garden isn't much to show right now, but I'll have a great time putting something together when things begin blooming again. This is great, Dave. I love the changes :)

| I have DH working on before and after picture searching. I want to put a step by step of how we built our pond, another on the Winsor stone retaining wall, and etc. It will be a job just finding pictures I have in mind to add. Plus in years past I have had to haul hoses out to water, but this year we had a sprinkler system put in the whole Yard !!!! yea!!! So I may have time to spend doing other things this spring! |

| Terry, I've been to my journal and don't see a way to upload photos. Once again I'm afraid that I've been missing the obvious. Or am I missing the place to post diary pages altogether?

| Doss,
You and tabs for subjects in your diary and then add enteries which can have photos with them.

| OK I'm really not getting this. I went to the journal tab, went to make your own diary and I get Terry's diary every time. What am I doing wrong???
When I start with my own journal there are places for information but no wayto upload a photo.
And what is the difference between a journal and a diary? I'm totally confused. But that's not unusual. I haven't been able to figure out the journal and had given up - but I'm going to get it this time. Would you explain how to get to the page where I can upload photos?
I'm embarrassed for being so dense, sorry. |

| Doss,
you go 'journals' , 'manage your own diary' , if you don't have one you will have to name it to create it. Are you that far? |

| If I go to Journals and "manage your own diary" I get Terry's diary. I can't see a place to create my own diary from there. |

| I'm lost in Terry's garden and I can't get OUT!!! I love Terry's dairy but I'd love to do one of my own. In the meantime, my old photos of my garden are here but they are about a year old. I've never updated them but maybe I'll give up and just continue there. LOL

I don't really want to give up - but we had fun on that thread.

You are right that you could just link to your photo thread.

| Doss, I clicked on your ID in this thread, then on "read Doss' garden journal". I see you have two tabs in your journal. One says "Pond area"and one says "the perenial garden".
So... If you go to your ID, you can click on the tab at the top that says "your journal" to get there.
OR...click on the tab at the top of the home page or this page that says "journals" (between bookworm and trading), then "manage your journal".

| Can get to my journal - no problem. Can't figure out how to put photos up.
Still have the problem with diary though so I'm contacting Dave. We'll catch this bug yet. I'm sure that it's not fatal. |
