I have only joined DG the last 2 weeks, and I am new at all this - and fairly new at using a computer , too !!! Some kind sole Dmailed me and explained how to post a picture cause the instructions given in the QandA just wasn't detailed enough for me! I didn't know how to resize a picture even!
Ok, so now I have learned that and can post one. My question is. How do you do the HYPERLINK things? I mean if I have posted a picture on one forum and want to refer to it in another, how do I go about it? Is there anyone out there patient enough to explain it to me? ( Now go ahead and laugh all you want cause I can't hear you !!!!)

That is easier than resizing. Your mouse has a left and right button, and most of it's work is with the left button. If you click on the right button more options come up. One of them is copy, you use that to click copy on the address on the top of your screen and it will be stored - then go to where you want to put it then right click paste and it will insert that address.

I recommend to past it on it's own line to keep it from getting mixed in.
I always preview it then to make sure it is right before posting

Just remembered - I don't know if I am lazy or smart, but yes I link to photos I have uploaded all the time - be it in my diary,PlantFiles or elsewhere.
