In NE Ohio,our gardening centers offer mostly grandiflora petunias and "wave" series,neither of which I care for.I ordered seed for "Avalanche" white Petunia and very few germinated.Before ordering more seeds(as the price is exhorbitant),I was wondering if any market growers could tell me if this series would be available at our garden centers this spring?They seem to offer so much more than the wave series as they bloom from the center instead of the end of the stems.
Is there a way I could find out what growers will be growing for our part of the country?
