appeared to be some kind of pea vine.

but they aren't invasive. We've had them forever, but never let them grow. With all the rain we've had, they've done great!

I'm headed to the woods on the road to Larkie's house. Jim

Save some seeds for me, too! Are they annual or perennial? Let me know what I can trade you for some of them.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Judith, I'm going out to take another picture right now, it's putting on a show that makes me proud:) I'll save the seeds, no problem, and it's a perennial here.

lagrange, GA(Zone 7a)

tiG, do you have this tall lanky Georgia boy a cutting. Are we meeting some time next week to trade?? I have your sweet shrub ready and waiting. Jim

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Jim, I have you one in a pot. I'm going to see if I can get a bigger one today. Look in the photo forum, it's so lovely. I'm a very proud mama:)
and yes, we need to meet again, I'll write you, I am really looking forward to that sweet shrub. :)

Tig, I love your sweet pea vine, I'll trade you some Hyacinth Vine for some.

I'll save you some seeds, I'm not really sure how this will travel in this heat, it's a very thin vine. will that be okay??

Florence, AL(Zone 7a)

MsMunchken, I have the BLUE one (the Clitoria ternata) and it doesn't vine for me, exactly, and it's a distinctly different color from the pic that tiG has posted (the Vaccinium corymbosum). I've seen THAT one growing wild when I was in Gulf Shores a couple of years ago (sans seedpods, alas!)and it does vine. I hope to have lots of seeds of the C. ternata this fall, if anyone wants some. There's also a white version of this, and a double version, but I don't have them. If anybody finds some, let me know.

Toadsuck, TX(Zone 7a)

tiG!!!! Seeds okay by me!

sure CoCo, I'll make a list so I don't forget anyone, it's a no problem plant, and I just love the show it's putting on.

Florence, AL(Zone 7a)

I don't know yet what kind of seed crop I'll have, but I'll post them in the fall, for anyone who wants them.

thanks Judith!
