Good Grief! Ever tried disconnecting a service (utility or otherwise) as a result of a move? I feel like I'm negotiating with the cable company, trying to get them to just cut off my account at the end of the month. Sheesh! There's no nice way to say, "the service costs too much and isn't all that reliable, can you just shut it off please?"
