Here is an odd space in my kitchen. I am doing a little painting and freshening up, and have never been able to nail a neat idea for the little shelves on either side of my cabinets above the stove.
They are currently painted with high gloss oil paint, and I'm thinking of putting a natural type tile below the cabinets. Any ideas? That little "L" shape above the top one has me puzzelled too.
