Most of your online places that sell tile for crafting has how to sections. I have bought a lot of tile from Mriaonster mosaics and from Mosaics by Maria. I went on line and bought 2 books by Connie Sheerin. Garden Mosaics and Mosaics in an afternoon. You can also go on HGTV and the DiY channels Connie has been on The Carlo Duvall show and she shows how to do a bowling ball. Hope this helps Aleta

check out your local library also. They have many how to books on stained glass. I tried to learn out of books, but I needed a hands on person to teach me. Also do a search on Vickie Payne, she does a PBS show and is very helpful. Warning: she makes it looks so easy..if we were closer, I could show what little bit I know..
