Yesterday, I added a new category to the Watchdog for exchanges, networks and seedbanks. Most of these are non-commerical/not-for-profit, although a few are operated by a commercial vendor. Since most of them naturally focus on preservation of heirloom seeds, I thought this would be the best place to post this.

Here's the list so far: http://davesgarden.com/gwd/advanced.php?category=142&submit=...

If there are other organizations (societies, exchange networks, seedbanks) that I missed, please let me know, along with any details you have (a website or email address is a big plus in this online era; but in absence of that, a mailing address and/or phone number is fine too.)

Also, since we haven't shined a spotlight on these sources up until now, many of them don't have feedback yet. (And seven were just added yesterday.)

If you've participated in any of these, I hope you'll add your comments - what you know will help these organizations and those looking to join them ;o)
