I just thought I would post a little warning about this company. I purchased the preschool reader rabbit on Feb. 12th. I still haven't got it in the mail yet. I've called them and noone will answer the phone. I've emailed them and no returns. I've left message after message and noone ever responded. I didn't know how else to get a response so I emailed them and told them I was a member of many online forums and I was about to go let everyone know of the bad service if I didn't get an answer soon. Well I got a response about an hour later. The woman told me she would have the shipping dept. look into it and that I was very childish for making such threats. She said the threats showed much about my character. It might have been childish but what else is a person supposed to do. After that, I haven't heard back from them and I've emailed once again trying to find my package and no response. I just thought I would let ya'll know what happened to me so you could be cautious. Luckily my purchase was only $15 because I almost purchased their 200 something dollar curriculum.
