Last year I had a tree climber doing tree work climb a tree and install one end of my clothes line. I wanted to attach the other end to the house, but then I'd probably strangle myself on it walking around the deck. So I've decided to put a pole in the ground below the deck to attach it to. I have a straight, 15' long, 6-8" diameter black locust log that I want to use. How deep do I need to put it in the ground, and how much readymix cement is needed? I tried to find information online, but to no avail so far. TYIA
