I like the convenience of online bill pay but my bank wants 6.00 a month to handle it for me...lowermybills.com does it free but doesn't handle all vendors (not sure the bank does either) so I still have to pay my dsl and gas bills via mail. lowermybills also often "loses" connection to the vendors sites so I have to spend a good deal of time making sure the bills don't disappear or rekeying my password repeatedly. I was wondering if there is any other free bill pay that is more stable and easier to use.
I don't mind tweaking the site because I am a computer professional but don't think it should be necessary - they just have some squirrely software which unfortunately is rather common. It appears to me that I am losing one of the major bill pay advantages (saving time) by messing with this every month.
