Just wanted to recommend the Weber Real Grilling Cookbook, which I bought at Kroger, but have seen many other places, including Lowe's. This book offers great advice on choosing a gas or charcoal grill, how to use your grill effectively, and how to grill just about any cut of beef, poultry, pork, lamb & seafood. It also has many recipes for marinades, rubs, brines, and everything I've tried from this book has turned out wonderfully! It is so difficult to find a good cookbook, so I wanted to share this find. This is the only book I bought (or needed) after purchasing a charcoal grill for the first time, and it was really helpful. I highly recommend the chicken pesto tenders, lamb burgers with cucumber sauce, and the pork chops with the coffee/oregano rub.

I saw this book at CostCo yesterday and grabbed it. I agree with jck07, it's a good book. Lots of excellent info about buying a grill and builing the fire. My hubby laughs at me when he finds me 'reading' a recipe book. I need a new BBQ grill so it as a timely purchase. Thanks for the heads up.
