| I went with slate gray Spectralok grout with a shot of sapphire blue colorant.
I'm pleased with the effect. Click the image for an enlarged view.

| The hint of blue with the gray really makes the colors, especially the yellow, pop. Very nice! |

| what a difference the grout made! It really brought out the yellow and his cheeks now look blue instead of red! Beautiful work. |

| Oh my gosh, you're right Lisa...how did the grout change the cheek color that much? |

| Justme and Mangomo,
The works in progress pics were taken inside. The finished pics were taken outside.
I used iridescent red glass for the cheeks.
Taking the pic outside captured the light differently.
I like using mirror and iridescent glasses. They really catch the light differently.

| Kimmy,
mr. sun is really beautiful, no matter what color his cheeks are! I dabble in stained glass and like using iridescent glasses also. Your work is stunning. |

| Kimmy, I never realized iridescent glass looked that much different in certain lights. That's a good lesson to remember when using that kind of glass...Thanks so much! |
