In my back yard it looks as if I'll soon be installing a vinyl fence (6x6 white). My main problem is this - at the rear portion there is an approximate 30-degree grade that i need to incorporate. Any ideas on how I angle the fence?

A grade like that is much easier to do if you install the fence board by board rather than in panels, not sure if this is an option with vinyl fencing or if you're stuck with the panels. If you can do it board by board, then you just put in the posts and put the rails in slanted at the angle you need, then nail on each board slightly lower (or higher, depending on which way the grade is going) than the last, making sure to follow the angle of the slope. I've seen panels done on a slight grade where they're staggered in sort of a stairstep pattern, so each panel is set level but lower than the one before it, but I'm not sure how this would look with your 30 degree slope. I think the stairstep will be too big and you will end up with really big gaps under one end of each panel, then you'll have to try and fill those in with something.

I live on a lake and there is quite a steep angle from the back of our property to the lake. I chose to let the fence follow the lay of the land.

I like the after much better. lol Did your panels have any play in them, up and down, or...? There must be a 'fudge factor' somehow. I like how the brick pavers aren't perfectly flat, too

You can tell by looking at the neighbor's roof line that the fence slopes to the left.
Had we made it level with the roof line there would have been a foot of space under the gate that is in the part that wraps around to the house.

We had a professional fence company put it in. More $ but when we got tornadic winds (which is frequently) our fence was still standing. People that bought from Home Depot type stores and put them up themselves ~ theirs wound up on the ground.

The dip in the pavers is for water to run off into that flower bed.

In the lower left corner of the picture is a raised flower bed up against our free standing garage.

This pic shows the slightly raised flowerbed under the garage window.
