Pleeeaaassse give me some ideas to kill the rats that are eating my plants! We love our dogs dearly and recently lost one that got a hold to a rat that had been poisoned, so poison that could be hurtful to them is out. We have tried traps, tried the gallon bucket with water, we go on 'rat hunts.' But they are still eating everything I work so hard for. I really hate to get snakes. Has anyone ever tried the rat zapper? The boxes that electrocute the rat when it goes in? It sounds really silly, but at this point I'm desperate!
