This is our very first year selling at market. We were lucky to get a space at newly formed market in our town. Saturday was our first day. We sold out in two hours. We were concerned that there wouldn't be enough traffic but it was perfect. This week, we plan to take a little more stuff.
I'd like to hear how some of you experienced growers time your planting to ensure that you have an adequate supply of product through the year. Our main crop are heirloom tomatoes. While we have plenty to sell for the forseeable future, we have never grown for market before and I wondering if we have planned appropriately. Most of our plants are indeterminates.
Thanks for your input
