LOL Being here at DG has brought Joy back to my life (via Brug forum) So I was just wondering if there is a Stop Smoking Forum? I couldn't seem to find one..
Today is my quit day. I've smoked every day for 35 years. Please pray for my strength. I have a counselor and am using the patch. It's only been an hour and I'm okay, but the past 3 days leading up to today, I stressed out so bad I caused myself to get migraines.
