When you bring home chinese food, ask for chopsticks to go with it. They make good plant markers (lasting about 8 months, enought to mark where you planted seeds!) Also when planting seeds in pots or in the ground I use the pointy end for poking the soil and the flat end for pushing the soil back into the hole.
