Hi Everyone. I've been here reading for quite a while and enjoy it very much. This is my first year growing for market. I grow cut flowers and beans. Next year I'll expand but I've got my hands full this year! I garden 24 beds. They are 3 by 50 feet a piece. My question is how on earth do you all handle weeds? I'm completely overwhelmed by them. I spend way too much time pulling them. I'm seriously considering making an investment in black row cover. Do any of you use it? The one I'm thinking of has a white side and can be used for up to three years all year. I've used landscape fabric but found there was still considerable maintenance. I admit I may have not used it to the best of my advantage and the row cover I'm thinking of buying is higher quality.
Any advice or suggestions as to methods of cultivation aside from my black plastic mulch question would be very welcome.
Thanks,
r_rugosa
