Unfortunately I live in a subdivision. When i bought the house i had no idea that they have so many rules and regulations.
I was thinking of having a greenhouse put up in my backyard but, after reading the covenant, i don't know anymore if i am allowed or not.
It says no temporary buildings allowed.
I am growing herbs and plants for my local FM. I was counting on having a greenhouse so i can keep tender plants over the winter and start seeds earlier.
What do I do if I am not allowed one? Do I just give up my market grower career?
I have a basement. Is it possible to use it as a greenhouse?
At the momenht I am using my spare room to grow african violets. They do very well under lights but they are "flat" plants. They do not grow vertically. How can I grow herbs and tender perennials in a basement?
Thank you for any ideas
Anna
