I'm now able to take pictures with some depth and a bit of colour. When I occupied the premises 8 years back, it was bland. All the plants have been planted by me. Now it looks like a green tunnel, much like what was once renown in Mysore Zoo as "Thandi Sadak". These are the Caesalpinias and Thevetia peruviana in alternation on the right, then as we look farther outside the tunnel, teak, Tabernaemontana, Tecoma, and a couple of others whose names I am slow to recollect as I post this thread. The cuckoos and parrots are frequent visitors to the top of the tunnel as they can feed on the seeds/fruits. I have to trim the branches as they keep growing and bending downwards to prevent them striking my head or eyes.
