My Black Currant Swirl plants are huge and loaded with great looking seed pods, but none of them have cracked open yet, so I cut off a couple today, and opened them up.
Can you tell me from this pic, if you think they will ripen and cure at his stage.
Any expert advice appreciated.
We are supposed to get a light frost tomorrow eve (Sep 19), so am wondering if I should still leave the remaining 'pods' on my plants, or bring them in to dry, late tomorrow afternoon?
Help, Please!
Deanna
