Are you all still interested in this? We have some options in how to do this. We could do something similar to a round robin, where each person is assigned a name and sends a surprise package of plants to that person. Names would have to be matched up by zone and we'd have to have guidelines on how much to send and so on.
The other option would be to just start a thread in the plant swap forum and let everyone list what they have to trade and what they're looking for, then let everyone swap around as they please.
I'll be glad to get this going if you all will tell me what you prefer.
