Perhaps it began when I was a teenager trying to organize
my earrings. Then later in life it was trying to keep my desk
supplies straight.

As an adult, I must confess to having spent a small fortune in plastic
storage and STILL can't get enough of it. Even my makeup is in
labeled plastic storage with drawers.

Is anyone out there willing to sit next to me and admit your
addiction to plastic shoeboxes? Giant plastic storage?
Labels on everything, including items in the refrigerator?

This gives an entirely new meaning to "A place for everything
and everything in it's place."

Come on, fess up, folks!

Order this catalog. It's mostly industrial stuff, but they have useful stuff for households as well and there is no minimum.

Just added this link to my "favorites". Thanks so much. My Mom said that even when I was a little girl - I always put everything in little boxes - even the underware in my underware drawer! Makes me feel better when I put things into exactly the right size container.

Wow, I thought for sure there would be dozens of us here
confessing our love of organizer boxes. LOL.

I've always had visions of a big garage full of nice shelves
all the same size with lots of labeled boxes in alphabetical
order.

Ha ha, that DOES sound like a problem.

LOL! I uh, need you to rub off on me a little! My Christmas ornaments are in plastic storage bins, and I recently began putting cereal in the tupperware tea pitchers with the lids on them and snap little pourer- great for keeping the ceral neat and not getting spilled, ripped open, etc. (KIDS!) Actually, my never used nail polish, etc is in tupperware under the sink...

I have buckets. My horse's supplement buckets. Each horse has their own grooming kit in a bucket, each has thier own feed bucket (to carry to the stall before dumping it in their feed bin). Then I have buckets with bathroom cleaner, gloves, etc in each bathroom, buckets with laundry pocket items... Put me in the round plastic containers with handles obsessed. I just can't throw them away.

I have a friend obsessed with foil. My first clue was when she brought me nasturtium leaves meticulously stacked in a neatly folded foil package... everything gets foiled! But it's a form of container, right? LOL

My daughter decorates shoe boxes and organizes (Bwah-hahaha) her toys in them (dolls, shoes, brushes, etc) and then they are put on her shelves kind of like drawers...
