I have an old Hitachi washing machine (model PF-701P) that will not spin on the spin cycle. It agitates while in the wash cycle though. I've looked inside and the belt is on. Anyone have any advise. I'm pretty handy and could probably fix it with a little direction. I can't find any diagrams on the web.
