I'm trying to plan what I want to grow for FM next year. Some new/old produce(Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds). Want a few thing unusual but don't want it so far from the norm I scare off potential buyers.I live in very small town so I know from past experience, nothing off the main stream will work here but I do go market in the next town over. Bigger but still not a huge town and not a gourmet market.

Some of the seeds for growing off,I'm looking at to add to my regular offerings :

Cukes:
mexican sour gerkins
egg plant,nipple fruit
" ,Thai green pea

wonder berry

jelly melon

roselle,Jamacian Cocktail(more than likely sold as plants instead of fruit)

Melons(not all.will narrow down the field):

banana
Ginger's Pride
Golden Jenny
Green Nutmeg
Thayer
Golden Sweet
Plum Granny(mostly for scent and ornamental value)
Tiger(ditto as w/ above as they are reported to be bland in taste)

Okra:(not all,one or two in addition to regular)
Alabama Red
Burgundy
Cow horn
Hill Country Heirloom Red

Peppers(a few not all a couple to be offered as plants for home gardeners)

Hot:
Black Hungarian
Long purple chayenne
Purple jalapeno
Romanian Hot
Trifetti
White habanero

Sweet:
Charleston Belle
Chinese Giant

Squash:
Lemon Squash
Black Futso
Bush Buttercup
Butternut"Rogoso Violina Gioia
North Georgia Candy
Tomatoes:
amana orange
Kentucky Beefsteak
Amish Salad
Black Cherry
Black Krim
Tiny Tiger
