Either S. palmetto or S. "Birmingham" based on the leaf structure... I'd have to see the trunk/base to make any kind of determination. If it is growing in the wild where you live, then it's definitely S. palmetto, since S. "Birmingham" is unknown outside of cultivation.

Then, it is most definitely a S. palmetto or Cabbage palmetto. I think they are really beautiful trees...
