SOLVED: A Varigated Something

This little guy popped up in the front yard. Any idea what he is??

PrairieGirlz, The leaves look very similar except the varigation on mine is white whereas the photos I found for Polygonum persicaria L. appear to be dark. I will leave this 'Unsolved' for now.

I think its some kind of amaranth, unfortunatelly I cannot tell which one.

It's an amarynth, Palmer's actually. Palmer amarynth
