I love to decorate at Christmas. I use a lot of lights both inside and outside.I also have a collection of angels and use these with lots of candles and greenery. For a few years I used green and gold twisted cord with a gold tassel on the end hung at the top of my drapes but I wanted to do something different this year. After some experimenting with some xmas table runners I came up with this: 30 inch 'banners' made from green on green damask (cost me $5 to get enough for 4!) Added some gold trim around the edges and a pretty beaded white and gold tassel. Hung on narrow lengths of bamboo painted green and clipped all to the drapes. Not too shabby!
