Does anyone know why bagged compost and topsoil are wet when bagged? It seems like it would be so much better for everyone's back if everything was bagged dry. I bought some dry mushroom compost last year that was blessedly dry, but this year all I find is wet and heavy. Thanks for any thoughts.
