1. BEFORE you are going on long trips with a newborn pack the car like it's the babies nursery. Have a whole pack of diapers and a big pack of wipes. Take several spare towels for emergencies or diaper changing in the back seat. Take extra baby outfits and lots of burp clothes.

I had to find this out today as I almost ran out of all my supplies. Feel free to add the tips you've learned in infant care!
