Hi all,
I'm frequently over in the cactus/succulent forum, but hubby and I are starting a bathroom and laundry remodeling after the holidays so I thought I'd check over here. We're considering putting in a steam shower (the Ariel SS8906 to be exact) but would like other's input beforehand. This has Body Massage Jets, Back Acupuncture Water Massage Jets, computerized controls, steam system, etc., none of which I know anything about. If you've experienced this sort of shower I'd love to hear about it, for good and bad.
thanks a bunch,
Toni

Sounds like a spa treatment at home. Did you guys go with the steam shower? |

Inez, We did not, partly because we couldn't find enough info about it, ie Consumer Reports, customer comments, etc. I did take one at the local spa and it was nice, but still not enough to account for the large price. We're plenty happy with our regular one, and got to buy a couple pieces for the living room with the money we saved!

I have seen them in a brochure at the building supply shop but that is the extent of my knowledge. Sounds like you guys made a wise decision and got the most bang for your buck. What style shower did you end up getting? |

A corner shower w/ glass convex sliding doors. They reflect the green off of the walls. We're pleased. |
