This plant is growing on its own from a reseed and it is a 3rd generation in that very area where I don't attend except clearing weeds. I leave this one alone. It has a lovely full bloom, a fuller bloom than the ones I care for in my growing areas.

Hi Doris. Oh yes, I'd surely collect them for you. Haven't collected last year as I knew it spreads easily. So now would you kindly remind me after a month or so, so that I can wait for the fresh ones to form and mature?

That is quite a shot, what kind of camera do you have, when I try to get that close the flower is all blurred, and I have a good digital.

An ordinary Fuji FinepixA120. You may try to alter the distance by moving a centimeter closer or farther and there will be a particular point where the image gets sharper. With your better camera, you may do wonders with such close-ups. I took another that was not as sharp as this. So I had to delete it.

Changing settings must become a habit, or else, we wonder why errors are cropping up. Your camera and your hand in unison can do wonders!

Dinu,

Could I have a few of the seeds also? Is the one in the 1st from the same plant as the other pictures?

All from the same plant, Carol. Oh yes, I'd be pleased to share the seeds. But the only thing I need is a reminder after a couple of weeks, by which time it may be ready. It's the dry season now and they should mature faster.

Forgot to tell you, now I have to buy a new camera, mine was 1 year and 2 weeks old, 2 weeks after the warrenty ran out the camera quit working, will not read the memory card, they said it would cost at least $189 to have it fixed, it is a $400 camera but I thought that was a bit much, so now I need to buy a new camera.
