With any luck, it'll surpass 10 degrees today. The air is so cold that the ocean appears to be steaming. We call it sea smoke. I know that the photo's not great but you can see a white vapor on the water. The differences between the water temperature and the ambient temperature combined with super low humidity make this. (I think...) Pretty cool, huh?
