I don't think people are ignoring you, my guess is nobody has the info you're looking for. You might be better off asking in the Florida gardening forum, solar panels especially second hand ones are probably something you ought to look for locally and you'll catch the attention of more people who live near you that way.

You might also contact some companies that sell them new, and ask if they have replaced some that can be recycled. Here's an article on what to look for in used units:
