Should I engage them to install a new exterior door for me (and 2 storm doors)? I don't feel like making this into a big deal, just want an old (very drafty) dutch door replaced and don't want to get into screening contractors etc. Am not up to doing it myself. Opinions please...

Linda,

I should think that idea would work fine. They'll send out a contractor but then you have recourse to take if they do not do a good job by working it out with Lowe's.
