How I wish this were available to me when I started buying stuff. I now have a list of things I wish I'd had right off the bat and thought maybe a list such as this could help another. Please post your favorite thing...a must-have thing...that you needed or used to take care of your little baby. If you can, post a link to the company you could see them or post a picture of yours so people can get an idea. I mean, I had no idea what a "Bumbo" was a couple weeks ago but am not convinced I NEED one! LOL. http://www.bumbobabyseat.com/
Part of this thread inspiration comes from an episoide of Oprah where she had Mom's who made millions selling a product they invented. Here is one lady who came up with a REAL diaper changing mat. I have like 3 dinky mats and was always thinking HOW ANNOYING these are...I mean, if the baby has an accident while changing there is nothing to soak it up real quick since these mats are sooo narrow. Here is the Mom's website for her product: http://www.patemm.com/ They seem quite pricey (40 bucks for a changing mat) but hmm...I buy a little with each baby eventually I'll have it all. LOL. I'll have to save it for my kids kids!
