I was told by one market manager in our area that if we sell anything with a root on it then we need a nursery license. I checked a few websites and can't find any information on this. Basically I want to see how much it is to determine if we should sell some plants. We weren't planning on selling many plants so paying for a license may be cost prohibitive. Does anyone in New York state have a nursery license, and if so, do you have a website where I can find information about it? Thanks.
