Is anyone familiar with these sweet, slightly spicy pickled peppers? I would love to grow/can my own if anyone has the information I need. I need the right type of pepper and a recipe for the brine. These make an awesome appetizer if they are cored and a piece of Feta cheese is stuffed into them...heaven!
