hi , got a question.. my husband bought "re-cleaned oats" from the feed store and planted them on one side of our hill.. we have and ok amount of rain.. not really alot.. and not a fair amout just ok.. , BUT we have had some reaaaaalllly cold nights.. droping down to 18 degrees , then warming up to 70 only to drop back down to 20 in a few days , snow one day and beautiful sunshine the next week.. , so my question is, will these oats grow??? i dont even know what kind of oats they are.. recleaned sounds like something they do to them , not what they are.. but i dont know.. any info would be great! thanx
