At least two disasters from the winter storm here. A dairy farmer had his loafing shed go down from the heavy snow weight. From what I heard it killed 4 of his cows.
A new hog barn lost part of it's roof, don't know much else about that.
Someone else heard a sow unit collapsed, but I don't know any details.
Talked with my brother who lives in Mankato. He shoveled some of the snow off his new house. He estimated there was 100 to 120 tons of snow on his 5000 sq ft house.
Those barns were easily that big. That's a lot of weight.
