This will be our second year at market and we are looking forward to a good year.
I'd like to hear from some of you on how you organize your market space. We are growing a lot more product this year. We are in a 10x10 space. Last year we only had 2 of the standard 60 inch folding tables and that worked just fine.
But we are growing a lot more stuff this year plues we are augmenting our crops with other items such as gourmet cheeses. We did a fall festival this year where we had 4 of the folding tables in a square. We are growing 26 varieties of tomatoes along with a lot of herbs, beans and melons and we would like some advice on how to maximize the use of our space.
