yesterday,I noticed poppy spouts in my poppy bed from direct sown seeds in the late fall.Anyone else noticed any of their poppies sprouting from direct sown seed?

Quite a few of the Poppy seeds I scattered last year have been doing well.

P. triniifolium Has a beautiful leaf structure, is biennial and has a neat orange flower. Didn't know if these would make it this year or not. Pleasant surprise.

Glad! your poppies are growing well for you.Please!share photos of your poppies when in bloom.I will be taking alot of photos this year of my poppies.I will have oriental poppies and annual poppies.

I think mine are finally starting.. they look like little twigs of grass.. they are everywhere I threw the seeds so that has to be them. The house across the street from my parents reseeded themselves and are about 6 inches high already!
