I have alot of different ivies (ivys?) potted on my window sills. They all have these tiny brown bugs on the tips. I have tried sticking the plants under the faucet to bathe, safers soap, then dishwashing liquid. After trying all these different methods, the bugs came back almost immediately, and multiply rapidly. The bugs don't move or fly. They aren't on any of the other plants next to them, only the ivy. A friend said this happened to her ivy, and she finally had to throw the plants out. I would hate to do that! Thanks for helping...
