We’re seriously considering refinancing this Summer and would like to know where to find the best Deals/Rates(??) or where to even look.(live in Fl.)
Now we refinanced about 3yrs ago when the rates were dropping to record lows (supposedly) but still had lots of equity (much, much more now) only refi’d
For about 40% of appraised value (back then) so we have lots and lots of equity, and we’ve owned our home for 17 years now. But we have incurred
Some financial hard ships this past year and need to consolidate everything and would like to make a few small improvements to house also.
Now when we last refi’d we went “in house” through our existing mort. Company (Wamu) (mort. Since been sold to Wells Fargo Mort.) now I’m just
Wondering if there might be a better deal elsewhere?? Also I do remember a weird clause that we had to sign that I’ve never herd of before, it said that we
Wouldn’t or Couldn’t refinance unless the new rate was a full one% lower than existing rate!! (??????) Has anyone ever herd of this???? Another reason
Why I’m looking to refi through a different company(mine may not do it ??!!) Well any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thank You, Terry.
