I live in CT. I have built a few outdoor planters. What should I put in them for continual summer blooms and interesting foliage? Thanks.

Here is a website of a company that is nearby. They have lots of great ideas.

Also in the Container Forum there are many threads, old and new. The folks there are adept at coming up with ideas.

Good luck.
